前 言

    随着世界工业的飞速发展和我国加入WTO,及北京申办成功2008年奥运会,这无疑给北京经济建设带来了巨大商机。同时为了迎接2008年奥运会,国家将投入1500亿左右的资金用于城市基础设施建设。很多外商早已瞄准了广阔的中国市场,更多的房地产商把北京作为开发的首选城市。从以前的黄金地段:二环、三环、发展到现在的四环、五环,城市化的高速发展让越来越多的摩天大楼拔地而起,办公楼、商场、住宅的建造与电梯的要求愈加密不可分。据专业人士统计:2003年中国电梯安装量已逾8万台,而北京市现有使用年限15年以上,未经过彻底改造的电梯3252台,其中住宅电梯1307台。如此庞大的购销商机无处不在,北京无疑形成了全国最大的销售市场。预计未来的几年,还将以惊人的速度发展,电梯行业正处于发展高潮。北京作为中国的首要展览城市,具有对全国市场的辐射能力,能够吸引来自世界各地电梯行业终端用户、零售商、批发商、进出口商、制造商、房地产商、政府机构决策人士等相关人士参观。正是在这种市场需求下,在相关政府和行业协会的大力支持下,我们将于2005年9月1—3日在北京中国国际展览中心举办“2005年中国国际电梯设备及配件(北京)展览会”。
    为了突出本届展会的商务特色,使远道而来的众参展商满意而归,主办单位将加大本次展会的宣传,组织专业买家到会观摩、洽谈。我们必信此次展会,将是参展商和贸易观众、买家和卖家的重要交流平台,共商合作的最佳场所,为电梯行业的发展推波助澜。

●会议日程
报到布展:2005年8月30—31日(9:00—17:00)
展 览:2005年9月 1— 3 日(9:00—16:00)
●展出范围:
★ 各种自动扶梯、自动人行梯、客梯、医用梯、货梯、住宅梯、观光梯、液压梯、矿井梯、汽车梯、无机房梯等。
★ 电梯传动部件(传动机构、导轨、开门机构、曳引机等)、电梯安全部件(安全钳、限速器、缓冲器、层门锁装置、钢丝绳、绳头组合等)、电梯电气装置(空调机、控制屏及其它电气部件)、电梯性能检测技术及设备。
★ 电梯相关配件:操纵按纽、安全开关、链条、电梯调节装置、门机变频调速器、直流调速器、交流变频器异步电机 、光电开关、应急电控制与测量继电器、变频器、橡塑配件、电梯照明、电梯故障应急救援装置、电梯电缆、指示器、液压部件等。
★ 电梯远程监视与自动报警系统、电梯装饰、装潢等。
★ 电梯自动化设备与技术。

 
●参展费用
标准展位费:(3m×3m) 空地基本价(面积不低于36m2)
国内展区:国内企业8800元/展位、展期 国内企业 900元/m2展期
国际展区:国内企业9800元/展位、展期 国内企业 1000元/ m2展期
合资企业:13000元/展位、展期 合资企业 1300元/ m2展期
境外企业:2800美元/展位、展期 境外企业 280美元/ m2展期
标准展位费用:包括展出场地、2.5m高壁板、楣牌制作、9平方米地毯、洽谈桌一张、二把椅子、220V电源插座一个、日光灯二支。
参展企业若选择展位及双开口展位加收20%的展位费用,会务费每人500元人民币。(用于会议资料、午餐、纪念品等);
光地费用包括:展出场地、保安、清洁服务(不包括特装管理费)。
●参展程序
填写展位申请表、加章后邮寄或者说传真至大会组委会。在申请展位一周内将参展费用[50%订金或全款]电汇或交至组委会,展位顺序分配原则:“先申请、先汇款、先安排”,余款在2005年8月1日前付清,否则主办单位将视其放弃参展。
主办单位收到《参展申请表》和展台费用后,将发票与《参展商手册》一并寄给参展商。代表住宿产品运输等事宜,将以《参展商手册》为准。
●会刊及其它广告
会刊除在大会期间广泛送给主管部门及相关协会、观展客商外,还将通过主办单位途径发往国内外的业内系统及相关经销单位等。

Foreword

    With the rapid development of world industry, China’s entry to WTO, and Beijing’s successful bid for Olympic 2008, the economy of Beijing undoubtedly meets great business opportunity. Meanwhile, to meet Olympic 2008, national government will invest about 150 billion for the construction of city infrastructure. Many foreign enterprises have long targeted the large market in China and even more real estate agents chosen Beijing as the first city to develop. Form former golden areas of the Second Ring and Third Ring to present Fourth Ring and Fifth Ring,more and more skyscrapers are rising up because of the rapid development of urbanization as well as the construction of office building, marketplace and dwelling house is getting more and more close with the demand for elevator. According to industry professionals: The installed elevators in 2003 in China are over 80,000, with 3252 in Beijing used over 15 years without thorough reconstruction and 1307 for dwelling house. With such huge business opportunities for purchasing and selling, Beijing has definitely become the biggest sales market in China and it is expected to develop with striking speed in the coming years with elevator industry in the high tide. As the primary exhibition city in China, Beijing has the radiant capability over the market of the whole country and is able to attract relevant people of the elevator industry all over the world such as end-users, retailers, wholesaler, manufacturers, importers and exporters, real estate agents, policy makers of public sector to visit. It is with such market demand and great support from related government and industry associations that we will held China International Elevator Equipment and Fittings (Beijing) Exhibition on September 1-3,2005 at China International Exhibition Center, Beijing.

    To highlight the business characteristic of this exhibition and make the exhibitors coming from afar return with satisfaction, the sponsors will enhance the propaganda of the exhibition and organize professional purchasers to visit and talk. ●Scope of exhibits:
★ Varieties of escalators, automatic passenger elevator, passenger elevator, medical elevator, goods elevator, residential elevator, tourist elevator, hydraulic pressure elevator, underground elevator, automobile elevator, no machine room elevator, etc.
★ Elevator actuating components (actuator, guide rail, door opener, tractor, etc.), elevator security components (safety tongs, speed restrictor, buffer, multiple door locking device, steel cable, pigtail unit, etc.), elevator electric installation (air conditioner, control panel and other electric components, elevator property test technique and equipment.
★ Elevator related fittings: Controlling buttons, safety switch, chain, elevator controlling device, portal hoist frequency governor, direct current governor, alternating current converter asynchronous machine, photo switch, emergency power control and measurement relay, transducer, rubber fittings, elevator lighting equipment, elevator failure emergency set, elevator cable, indicator, hydraulic pressure component, etc.
★ Elevator remote monitoring and automatic alarm system, elevator decoration and upholster, etc.
★ Elevator automation machinery and technology.

●Booth rentals: 
Standard booth: (3m x 3m): Basic price for open space
(with an area no less than 36M²)
Domestic exhibition area: 
For domestic exhibitor: RMB 8,800 Yuan/booth, exhibition period
RMB 900 Yuan/M², during exhibition period

International exhibition area: 
For domestic exhibitor: RMB 9800 Yuan/booth, during exhibition period
RMB 1000 Yuan/M², during exhibition period
For joint venture exhibitor: RMB 13,000 Yuan/booth, during exhibition period
RMB 1,300 Yuan/M² during exhibition period
For foreign exhibitor: USD 2,800/booth, during exhibition period

Standard booth furnished with:
Exhibiting place, 2.5M high partition plate, a company name fascia board, a carpet with an area of 9 M², 1 information counter, 2 chairs, 1 power source socket (220 V), 2 fluorescent lamps
Those exhibitors who choose a booth and a booth with double openings will be charged with additional 20% of the total amount. The exhibition fee is RMB 500 Yuan/person (using for exhibition materials, lunch, gifts, etc.) 
The open space rental includes: exhibiting place, security, cleaning services (exclude management fee of special installment.)

● Procedure for exhibitor: 
Filling in Booth Application Form, then sending the Form after signing and sealing to Exhibition Organizing Committee by mail or by fax. Sending the exhibition expense (50% of deposit or the total) by TT or delivering it to Exhibition Organizing Committee within one week after submitting the Booth Application Form. The booths will be delivered following the principle of “Giving booths in accordance to the sequence of applying and paying”. The remaining amount should be paid off before August 20, 2005, otherwise, the sponsor will regard it as giving up, and the booth will not be reserved. After receiving the<Booth Application Form>and the payment, the sponsor will send the receipt and <Exhibitor’s Manual>together to exhibitors. 
Representative accommodation and product shipment will be carried out according to <Exhibitor’s Manual>.
●Exhibition Directory and advertisement
Except being distributed widely to administrations, relevant societies and visitors during the exhibition period, the Exhibition Directory will be sent to domestic and foreign enterprises in this industry and related dealers.

●All - out promotion activities
During the period of the exhibition, technical exchanging activities and academic seminars will be held to and discuss hot topics of the industry. All exhibitors could hold such meetings for 2 hours at a rate of RMB 6,800 Yuan for domestic enterprises and at a rate of USD 1,500 for overseas enterprises. (With less than 2 hours charged as 2 hours). Many all – out technical exchanging activities and academic seminar will be held during the exhibition to fully meet the disparate propaganda strategy of the exhibitors. 

● Propaganda Strategy 
◆Organization: Invite elevator industry authorities, dealers and related enterprises at home and abroad to visit Beijing for the exhibition.
◆ Mail delivery: Directly invite, with 60,000 invitation cards and 300,000 admission tickets of exhibition, policy-makers, important purchasers and large-scale users of the industry system of neighboring countries and districts at home and abroad to visit, talk and order, Inviting both exhibitors and visitors to take part in this exhibition.
◆Take part in large-scale and influential professional exhibitions at home and abroad, make propaganda promotion, organize visitors and mobilize professional businessmen.
◆Advertisement: Make propaganda promotion of the exhibition on newspapers and magazines published at home and abroad with big and wide circulation and good fame, such as <China Boiler Pressure Container Safety>, <Elevator World>, <Elevator Industry>, <Elevator Technology>,<China Elevator Market>,<Transducer World>,<PLC&F>, <Electric Automation Equipment>,<electric construction>, <Electric System Automation>, <electromechanical Integration>,<construction technology>,<Electric Drive>, so as to attract the attention of industry insiders to the exhibition. 
◆Advertisement is planned to made on major media as <Beijing Evening>, <China Youth>, <Beijing Morning>, <Shijiazhuang Daily>, <Tianjin Daily>, <China Power> and BTV.
